The programme uses your name, email, course progress, assessments, payment references and certificate record to provide learning and certification. Optional country and organisation fields help you describe your profile. Card details are handled by the hosted bank payment process.
Certificate verification defaults to initials. You can consent to display your full certificate name. Public verification never displays email, phone, contact details, payment information or detailed assessment scores.
Contact the Mission to request access or correction. Retention periods, legal bases, processor agreements and rules for retaining payment and issued-credential records must be approved before live launch. Automated deletion is not enabled.
